Francis Torres
Francis Torres is the Associate Director for Housing and Infrastructure at the Bipartisan Policy Center, where he leads research and technical assistance on homelessness, the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, and other aspects of federal housing policy. He organizes bipartisan convenings and supports advocacy initiatives to surface scalable, evidence-based federal reforms for strengthening housing affordability nationwide. He holds an MPA from Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs and a BA from Brown University.
