Initiatives

TFAH works with partners in a broad range of sectors to advance evidence-based policies and programs that improve health and well-being for people and communities. These initiatives convene experts and policymakers and partner with states and communities to improve health and well-being. They seek and report on evidence and innovation. They generate ideas for new federal, state and local policies, and they help build support to advance programs and policies that work.
