Monica Rao, MBA

Monica Rao is the Senior Officer of Grants and Business Management at TFAH. She is a management professional dedicated to bringing financial and operational excellence to the social impact arena. At TFAH, Monica is responsible for financial, grants, contracts and IT management, procurement, and business process implementation. Prior to joining TFAH, she oversaw program execution, project management and capacity building at economic development organizations. She holds an MBA from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a BS in Psychology from Haverford College.
