Hartford Foundation. Their conversation explores the future of healthy aging and the Foundation’s vision for advancing age-friendly care, supporting family caregivers, and improving systems that serve older adults. Dr. Gracia and Ms. Snyder also discuss the importance of cross-sector collaboration among public health, healthcare, philanthropy, and community organizations, as well as opportunities to strengthen the role of public health in helping people age well.
